Situated at the top of a sloping site, this building looks to take advantage of views of the surrounding valley and an advantageous marketing presence from the adjacent highway. Entering on the ground level through a butterfly roof vestibule entry, the customer facing showroom is the first space the user is greeted with. Other spaces on the ground level include a conference room, break room, and a large garage/shop space. Taking the stairs up to the second level leads one to an open office space surrounded by private offices. The exterior of the building is clad in various types of metal siding, Richlite, and a Tesla solar roof.
